Team Leader - Battery Management System

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be part of our multinational projects focusing on Battery Management Systems (BMS)
• Development of electronic control units in a high- paced project for our premium OEM customer
• Define requirements, create test cases and validate systems through Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing
• Perform model based development of control concepts in Matlab/Simulink
• Local BMS team lead including people- and skill management
• Facilitate professional development of your team (mentoring, training programs, etc)

YOUR PROFILE

• BSc/ MSc degree in Engineering (Electrical-, Vehicle-, Mechanical or related fields)
• 3 years of development experience in automotive industry or in model-based function development (knowledge of batteries is advantageous)
• Experience in performance electronics and in complex drivers
• Proficient in English, with strong communication and teamwork skills, German proficiency is a plus.
