HR Service Specialist - Talent Acquisition HQ 

Become part of our new HR Shared Service Center, as we grow and expand! 
As an HR Service Specialist, you will support the Talent Acquisition team at AVL Headquarters in Graz with operational, administrative, and coordination tasks throughout the entire recruitment and onboarding process. You will ensure that job advertisements, candidate communication, and interview coordination are carried out in a reliable, structured, and service-oriented manner. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues at Headquarters and other SSC stakeholders.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the creation and publication of target-group-specific job advertisements on internal and external platforms, including multiposting
• Coordinate interviews, including scheduling appointments with candidates, hiring managers, and interview partners
• Provide administrative support to candidates throughout the recruitment process (invitations, rejections, communication)
• Prepare employment contracts and process job offers for permanent employees, working students, mandatory interns, and summer interns in close cooperation with Talent Acquisition and HR Administration
• Support onboarding preparations for new employees, including document management, IT requests, and onboarding checklists
• Maintain candidate data and support the filing of documents in digital personnel records (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
• Support standardized reporting, research activities, and process improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition environment 

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed commercial/business education or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in HR, ideally in recruiting or HR services
• Very good German language skills (minimum B2) and good English language skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and content management systems (CMS) is an advantage
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and can adapt flexibly to changing requirements
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style with strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset
