Team Leader - Vehicle Testing

Tasks

▪ Provides technical support, as required, to the team.
▪ Identifies solutions to resolve project-related technical conflicts
▪ Conduct patent queries and files patent applications for innovative solutions relevant to AVL.
▪ Complies with AVL standards and processes within his field of responsibility.
▪ Provides leadership to the setup and maintenance of AVL databases within the field of responsibility.
▪ Resolves conflict on assigned projects with the help of the Project Manager and LE/STL/DM, as required.
▪ Responsible for the professional development of team members. This includes: providing continuous feedback, performance appraisals, career planning, training/development needs and salary recommendations.

Profile

• >5 years  experience in the field of vehicle testing 
• Profound knowledge in project management
• Understanding of applicable standards and processes in the area of responsibility
• Intercultural competence
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• English (B2) or German B2)
