Quality Management for products and supply chain

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a QM/QA Specialist within our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and processes. You will support Business Units with PSP cases, prepare and manage quality round tables, and develop and maintain SFDC Dashboards. You will also be responsible for providing R&D support and overseeing the production of the Celltester at our supplier HIK. 

This position requires:
•    Quality management expertise: Extensive experience in Quality Management or Quality Assurance, particularly within the automotive or plant industry. You will need to leverage your knowledge to monitor PSP cases and prepare quality round tables.
•    Technical support and analysis: Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering, enabling you to provide support for R&D processes and manage the development and maintenance of SFDC Dashboards.
•    Supplier coordination: Experience in overseeing and supporting production processes, particularly in managing supplier relationships and ensuring product quality during production.

YOUR PROFILE:

•    Completed technical education (FH, TU, HTL) in mechanical or electrical engineering, automotive test systems, or plant engineering.
•    At least three years of professional experience in QM/QA within the automotive or plant industry.
•    Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
•    Very good knowlegde of German and English (written and spoken).
•    Self-initiative, strong networking and analytical thinking skills.
•    Problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and a team-oriented working style.
•    Willingness to travel.
