YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Management of group of products within a production line (eg. Cell testers). Coordination of all production output-relevant functions and departments, such as Operative Purchasing, Manufacturing, Product Management, R&D, Project Management, Quality Assurance, etc • Actively drive the optimization and continuous improvement of production process for assigned products (in alignment with internal stakeholder departments) • Continuous monitoring and reporting production output status for the specific product group. E.g. KPIs, main figures from the relevant AVL stakeholders (Purchasing, Manufacturing ect.) and external service providers. • Inform and report to stakeholders in case of deviations of production related topics and initiate countermeasures in alignment with the production line manager or project manager. Escalate major issues to the production line manager and/or the responsible segment (product owner department). • Maintenance of the product sold (installed) base in SAP and ownership of customer claim cases which deviate from SOP • Perform all material requirements planning tasks in SAP for the assigned product group. E.g. check, update and execute production forecast, maintain material and production plans. Ongoing maintenance and adjustment of master data, such as lot sizes, safety stocks, material regular order levels with goal of optimizing inventory levels and considering induced costs • Contribute to and coordinate order fulfillment activities for product introductions. • Change management of product materials within SAP & manage implications thereof (rework of parts on stock, scrapping ect). • Process BOM, assembly instructions and MMD, share ownership for creating assembly master routing plans
YOUR PROFILE:
• Bachelor / Master degree in engineering, applied sciences, business or comparable • Experience in MRP software tools (SAP experience is an advantage) • Outgoing personality with good communication skills (teamwork is our core value) • 2+ years of relevant experience (Supply chain & production process understanding needed) • Assertive communication style, solution-oriented approach • Initiative and commitment towards enabling manufacturing timelines • Readiness for travel to manufacturing service supplier sites & HQ (up to 10% worktime annually) • Proficiency in English and Croatian, German skills are a bonus • Driver’s license B category is advantageous
