Junior QM/QA Specialist (f/m)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 As a Quality Management professional within our ITS division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuous improvement of product quality across our supply chain. This position requires a proactive approach in managing supplier quality, performing audits, and supporting the resolution of supplier complaints. Leveraging your extensive experience in quality management, you will significantly contribute to enhancing our supply chain's efficiency and reliability. 

Your main duties will include:
•    Supplier Audits: Perform audits on suppliers to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
•    Audit Monitoring: Track and monitor audit results, ensuring all identified issues are followed up and resolved.
•    Supplier Complaints Support: Manage the SAP workflow for supplier complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
•    Corrective and Improvement Measures: Assist in the development and implementation of corrective actions, especially for Supplier 8Ds and Quality Review Teams (QRTs).
•    Measurement Equipment Control: Oversee the workflow-based control of measurement equipment to maintain precision and reliability.

YOUR PROFILE:

•    Completed technical education (FH, TU, HTL) in mechanical and electrical engineering, automotive test systems, or plant engineering.
•    In-depth knowledge of quality management or quality assurance, preferably with auditor certification.
•    At least three years of experience in quality management or quality assurance, particularly in the automotive or plant industry.
•    Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
•    Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented working style.
•    Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP is advantageous.
•    Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
•    Availability for travel as required.
