Our young but experienced team in Zagreb is part of electrification business in the automotive sector (battery cell testing & inverters). We design converters using cutting edge transistor technologies (SiC, GaN) and high-end measurement equipment.

Electronics Test Engineer

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Develop and modify test procedures for validating the prototype and series PCBAs with in-circuit testing system (ICT)
•    Assist in the development of electronic and electrical systems intended for automated PCBA testing
•    Collaboration with embedded HW and SW engineers for creation of new test cases and participation in design reviews - give insights from a testing perspective
•    Analyze test results of produced PCBs and provide detailed reports highlighting any issues or anomalies as well as repair suggestions
•    Commissioning and delivery of test systems or applications to end users, collaboration with PCBA manufacturers and performing trainings of their staff operating ICT 
•    Troubleshooting and repair of testing fixtures and jigs, support for production testing activities 
•    Implementing new features to existing test framework in order to increase test coverage
•    Adding value to test process of PCBs in series production (ICT test report statistics)
•    Application of ICT test process for new PCB designs (develop test SW grounds up)

YOUR PROFILE:

•    Degree (Technical-/University) in the field of electrical engineering or comparable
•    Basic knowledge of SW development tools (preferably NI LabVIEW/Teststand)
•    Basic knowledge of electronics and simulation of electronic circuits in SPICE/ MATLAB/Simulink
•    Proficient in using test equipment such as digital multimeters, power supplies and oscilloscopes
•    Familiarity with PCB design tools and software (preferably Altium Designer)Knowledge of version control systems like SVN or Git (advantageous)
•    Basic knowledge of SW (C, Python) languages is a bonus
•    Good organizational skills and attention to detail
•    A mind keen on learning and self-development
•    High degree of commitment to ones tasks (self-initiative)
•    Open personality, likes supporting and being supported by colleagues
•    Proficient English, German is a bonus
