WAW - IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interface to the central IT department and external service providers

• Receiving customer enquiries with internal documentation in the ticket system

• Supporting users in all IT-related questions (1st-2st-level support)

• Installation, configuration and set-up of hardware and software (Windows environment), user training and documentation

• User helpdesk support

• Device, account and licence management, monitoring of all systems

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration
• Good, practical knowledge of MS Windows (Client & MS Office)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, network and software distribution
• Basic knowledge of ITIL
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Experience in networking, routing and switching
• Very good English skills (close cooperation with an international IT Support Team), German will be a plus
• Personality is more than anything!
