YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical, functional and methodological orientation of the team as team leader in Electronics Design
• Planning the tasks of the team members and moderating the team in technical discussions
• Creating requirements analyses and developing hardware concepts for power electronics in collaboration with the team leaders from Software Design and Electromechanical Design
• Carrying out development activities such as simulation, circuit diagram creation and layout
• Commissioning and validation of prototypes with regard to specifications, EMC and standards
• Responsibility for documenting the technical properties of the prototypes during development and preparing them for series production
• Working independently with regard to functionality, deadlines and costs

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed studies, preferably in a specialised field of electrical engineering or in the field of industrial engineering, mechatronics or automation technology, further training as a technician/master craftsman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of management experience in a similar position
• In-depth knowledge of analogue and digital circuit technology and power electronics
• Sound experience in the development of power electronic assemblies
• Pioneering spirit, the ability to think in an interdisciplinary way and a structured way of working
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Enthusiasm for the development of new solutions and their implementation
• Knowledge in the use of common IT tools and a modern ERP system
• Entrepreneurial approach, strong customer and service orientation, flexibility and resilience as well as strong cooperation and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and business fluent English
