Head of Supply Chain Management (m/w/d) 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic and operational responsibility for the Supply Chain Management division
• Technical and disciplinary management of the Purchasing, Logistics, Production Control and Assembly departments with their team leads and their further development
• Central planning, alignment and implementation of strategic SCM goals
• Monitoring processes in the supply chain and continuously optimizing processes to increase efficiency (capacity utilization, material flow, delivery times) by developing and implementing suitable optimization and automation measures in close coordination with the adjacent specialist departments and management
• Managing the flow of materials from procurement through all production steps to delivery
• Monitoring and analyzing global procurement markets
• Ensuring short and medium-term capacity planning, utilization and distribution in coordination with divisional management and controlling
• Personnel selection, deployment planning and development for the SCM

YOUR PROFILE:

• Several years of management experience in a similar position, particularly in the area of complex interfaces
• Successfully completed studies, preferably in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or logistics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the planning, control and optimization of material flows, production capacities and processes as well as process digitization, ideally in a comparable company in the industry
• Experience in the successful conception and implementation of measures for capacity utilization and order fulfillment
• Knowledge in the use of common IT tools and a modern ERP system
• Entrepreneurial approach, analytical mindset, initiative and strong cooperation and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and conversational English
