Test Operator (Temporary)

We are seeking a temporary test operator to support late-night testing operations. The primary responsibility is to monitor the test environment and ensure operator safety during the 3rd shift. This includes observing operator behavior, identifying potential hazards, and taking immediate action in case of emergencies (e.g., emergency calls, rescue coordination).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and ensure safety compliance during night shift operations
• Support improvement of operational efficiency through proactive assistance
• Assist with testing tasks such as vehicle installation and basic driving
• Support test preparation activities including analyzer calibration and PM (Particulate Matter) measurement

YOUR PROFILE:

• Available to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• 1 year of experience in a production line or research laboratory is a plus
• Experience operating laboratory equipment in a university or graduate school setting is a must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of combustion engines is preferred but not mandatory
