FP&A Manager

The FP&A Manager is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role provides actionable insights to senior management, analyzes financial performance, and ensures alignment with company goals. The FP&A Manager also drives process improvements and ensures compliance with accounting standards to support business decision-making and profitability.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including Balance Sheet (BS), Profit & Loss (PL), and Cash Flow.
• Provide detailed commentary on sales, operating expenses, and key financial metrics to improve profitability.
• Develop and manage the annual budget and rolling forecasts for BS, PL, and Cash Flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in reporting, planning, and financial analysis.
• Investigate and report on significant variances to ensure the integrity of financial data and performance against plans or forecasts.
• Oversee lease accounting under IFRS16, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
• Review and manage intercompany transactions for HQ reporting, external audits, and tax audits.
• Supervise the recognition of foreign exchange valuation, including unrealized gains and losses.
• Review and manage sales commission structures.
• Review and monitor personnel costs in alignment with the business plan and forecast.
• Act as a key business partner, providing insights to management for decision-making.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis projects, such as business case analysis and other strategic initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE:

• At least 10 years or above related experience in multi-national company
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• Knowledge in budget/forecast report fields 
• Excellent analytical skill and Strategic thinking with financial skills
• Be familiar with ERP system (i.e. Douzon, SAP etc.)
• Fluent oral and written English and suitable for daily communications
• Ability to work well in team environment and to perform under pressure/tight deadline
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Power BI, AI tools will plus 
• CPA, CMA preferred
