Function Developer Engineer (SW)

We are seeking skilled Function Developer Engineer (SW) to join our dynamic team located in San Sebastián , Valladolid y Barcelona.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development of electronic control functions (e-powertrain, chassis, power electronics, HV-Battery, ADAS,…) following a model-based development approach

• After the initial training, you will independently carry out the coordination of customer requirements as well as the realization and support the concepts implementation and support them up to the start of production.

• Coordination of customer requirements.

• Validation of developed functions and concepts at MIL, HIL, Test bench or vehicle.

• Working with existing functional models and support them up to series production

• Supporting the further development of new technologies

YOUR PROFILE:

Necessary:

• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle technology, physics, computer science or similar.
• Enthusiasm for mobility development and technical innovation.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic architectures of vehicle functions (including communication networks), advanced powertrain topologies,  as well as basic knowledge in automated driving functions.
• Knowledge of control engineering and model-based development with Matlab/Simulink and automatic code generation for embarked ECUs and Real Time controllers.
• Familiar with development processes (e.g.ASPICE) and standardized software architecture (e.g.AUTOSAR) in the automotive sector .
• Flexible, proactive, structured, and detail-oriented working style
• Analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and team-working skills
• Proficient English and Spanish language knowledge. German is desirable.
