Verification & Validation Engineer (Casablanca)

 

 

 

  

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

  • Analyze and leverage data from vehicle testing, test benches, and simulations to evaluate and optimize vehicle energy and thermal management performance.
  • Perform data processing and KPI monitoring.
  • Identify performance gaps and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations for the validation of Energy Management and Thermal Management deliverables.
  • Support performance assessments and continuous improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.

YOUR PROFILE:

 

 

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, and control strategies.
  • Experience with calibration tools such as INCA and CANape.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
  • Vehicle testing and driving evaluation experience is a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • knowledge of automotive diagnostics (OBD, Trouble codes)
  • Understanding of ECU systems.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in diagnostics, validation, or calibration is a plus 
  • Driver License B.
