Validation Engineer - Reactivity Topics

As a Validation Engineer focused on Reactivity Topics, you will be involved in analyzing and resolving field issues to support product reliability and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performing in-depth diagnostics on returned or faulty vehicles and components (ECUs, sensors, wiring harnesses, etc.).

• Analyzing both hardware and software failures using functional schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools.

• Applying internal procedures related to testing, commissioning, disassembly, and reassembly of components.

• Investigating issues based on customer feedback and field returns, including both Level 1 and Level 2 analyses.

• Proposing and documenting corrective and preventive actions to address root causes.

• Preparing and presenting detailed technical reports using standard templates and ensuring follow-up on defined actions.

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional team to validate solutions and contribute to continuous product and process improvement.​​​​​​

YOUR PROFILE:

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

• Solid experience in diagnostics and aftersales support within the automotive industry.

• Strong knowledge of embedded systems (HW/SW), ECUs, communication protocols (CAN, LIN), and diagnostic tools (e.g., INCA, DDT2000, CANalyzer).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of issues.

• Strong ability to synthesize technical data and define actionable plans.

• Fluent English is required (written and spoken).
