Thermal Management Systems Engineer (Sala Al Jadida)

We are looking for a Thermal Management Systems Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development, integration, simulation, and validation of advanced thermal and energy management systems.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in systems engineering and thermal engineering, combined with experience in system simulation, validation, and control strategies. You will work across multiple engineering disciplines, coordinate technical activities, and lead technical working groups to ensure system-level performance and robustness.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define, manage, and maintain system requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform functional analysis and contribute to system architecture definition.
• Lead Verification & Validation (V&V) activities at system level.
• Manage system interfaces and ensure technical consistency across subsystems.
• Develop and analyze thermal and energy management systems.
• Perform 0D/1D modeling and system-level simulations to assess and optimize system performance.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of control strategies and control laws.
• Support calibration, validation, and troubleshooting activities using tools such as MATLAB/Simulink and INCA.
• Analyze test and simulation data to identify performance gaps and propose technical solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering activities and facilitate technical working groups.
• Support technical decision-making through system-level analysis, simulations, and data-driven recommendations.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
• Vehicle testing and driving evaluation experience is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• knowledge of automotive diagnostics (OBD, Trouble codes)
• Understanding of ECU systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in diagnostics, validation, or calibration is a plus
