Requirements Engineer - System Functions (German-Speaking)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Requirements Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Managing requirements and creating specifications for advanced drive functions (e.g., E/E systems, high-voltage energy storage, hybrid drive concepts, connected control unit architectures).

• Coordinating requirement specifications with function owners and other project stakeholders.

• Analyzing existing functions and ensuring the completeness, consistency, and traceability of requirements.

• Organizing and facilitating change management meetings.

• Monitoring and coordinating project timelines and milestone planning with project management and the customer.

• Supporting our customers in implementing and optimizing methods, processes, and tools related to requirements management.

YOUR PROFILE:

• A degree in engineering, technical training, or an equivalent qualification is required.

• Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS or CodeBeamer is considered an asset.

• Initial exposure to requirements or change management, as well as familiarity with standard development processes (e.g., V-Model, SCRUM) in the automotive industry, is advantageous.

• Strong teamwork, communication skills, analytical thinking, and an interest in complex technical topics are essential qualities.

• Fluency in both English and German, in both written and spoken forms, is mandatory.
