Flying Proximity Engineer (Kenitra)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the first-level point of contact for update-related issues identified during modernization activities.
• Ensure that established processes and procedures are correctly followed.
• Verify that update teams are using the appropriate tools, software, and methodologies.
• Analyze reported issues and determine whether escalation to the FL Referent is required for further investigation.
• Manage and monitor modernization tickets within the assigned perimeter, including software updates, issue analysis, and task assignment.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational reports and summaries, including status updates, tags, and key performance indicators.
• Maintain a comprehensive overview of modernization team performance, highlighting efficiency, challenges, and operational risks both within and outside the team.
• Issue flash communications and operational alerts when required.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between the modernization team and the GV team.
• Provide operational support to ensure timely resolution of update-related issues.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Engineering degree in Electronics or Embedded Systems.

• Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive industry.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with ticket management systems and reporting tools is an advantage.

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Willingness to travel frequently across multiple sites.

• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a rigorous, analytical mindset.

• Position based in Kenitra.

• Valid Category B driving license required.
