Driveability Calibration Engineer (Ouedzem)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and calibrate engine, transmission, and vehicle control systems to improve drivability.
• Optimize vehicle response for conditions like start-up, idle, acceleration, deceleration, and gear shifts.
• Conduct vehicle testing (road, track, and dyno) to evaluate driveability performance. 
• Analyze test data and resolve issues such as hesitation, jerking, or poor throttle response.
• Collaborate with powertrain, calibration, and software teams to ensure smooth system integration.
• Validate customer-oriented features like comfort, smoothness, and responsiveness. 

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in mechanical, automotive, or related engineering field.
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, and control strategies.
• Experience with calibration tools (e.g., INCA, CANape) and data analysis.
• Good problem-solving and driving evaluation skills. 
• Experience in diagnostics, validation, or calibration is a plus 
• Driver License B, AW18.
