Driveability Calibration Engineer (Oued Zem)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and calibrate engine, transmission, and vehicle control systems to improve drivability.
• Optimize vehicle response for conditions like start-up, idle, acceleration, deceleration, and gear shifts. Conduct vehicle testing (road, track, and dyno) to evaluate driveability performance. 
• Analyze test data and resolve issues such as hesitation, jerking, or poor throttle response. 
• Collaborate with powertrain, calibration, and software teams to ensure smooth system integration. 
• Validate customer-oriented features like comfort, smoothness, and responsiveness. 

YOUR PROFILE:

• General knowledge of ICE, xEV, Infotainment, and ADAS vehicles.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical architectures.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with diagnostic and analysis tools such as INCA, CANalyzer, Diagalyser, IDVH, etc.
• Knowledge of DOTI, PLM, CESARE, CVMP, and Redbent tools.
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain systems, and control strategies.
• Experience with calibration tools (e.g., INCA, CANape) and data analysis.
• Good problem-solving and driving evaluation skills.
• Proficiency in computer tools and strong analytical skills..
