Design Engineer

We are looking for talented Design Engineers with strong mechanical engineering skills to join our international team.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing mechanical components and systems, contributing to conceptual design, and proposing innovative technical solutions across various product lines: Powertrain (PWT), E-Machines, Batteries, and Internal Combustion Engines (ICE).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop 2D and 3D mechanical designs using industry-standard CAD tools (CATIA, Creo, NX)
• Create and update detailed drawings following ISO standards, geometric tolerancing, and dimension chains
• Participate in conceptual design, proposing technically sound and innovative solutions
• Perform design feasibility checks, tolerance analysis, and suggest improvements
• Support product development activities for PWT components, E-Machines, Batteries, and ICE systems
• Ensure compliance with internal design standards, quality requirements, and project deadlines
• Prepare and present technical documentation and design reviews in English
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design methodologies and technical knowledge

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• Practical experience in the design of powertrain systems
• Proficiency in at least one 3D CAD system (NX, CATIA, and/or Creo)
• Familiarity with PLM tools (Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia)
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, GD&T, and dimension/tolerance chain analysis
• Business-level English
• Experience in intercultural teamwork and strong communication skills
