We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the role of Data Strategy Expert at our organization. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide essential support in articulating the fundamental MAN Data & Analytics strategy, including vision, mission, priorities, and strategic orientation. Collaboration and alignment with the overarching TRATON strategy are crucial aspects of this role. Moreover, the candidate will be instrumental in formulating the required technology and platform architecture, encompassing elements such as data architecture, platform roadmap, and partner ecosystem. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support in the further development and definition of the MAN Data & Analytics strategy (vision & mission), as well as derivation of the necessary implementation steps (at hub and spoke level)
• Detailing the necessary capabilities to achieve this strategy (e.g. tech stack, big picture architecture)
• Continuous comparison and coordination of the strategy at Traton level

YOUR PROFILE:

• Excellent strategic thinking and long-term goal pursuit
• Knowledge of business processes and quick familiarization with the system landscape
• Deep understanding of individual data strategy processes and experience in building strategy for large organizations
• Experience with different architectures, systems and processes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to respond to different target groups
• A strong ability to make the tasks, effort and value of one's own work and the work of others transparent
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of data governance
