Data Management Engineer

We are looking for a Data Engineer / Data Management Engineer to support the design, development, and documentation of data workflows within our modern data platform. In this role, you will contribute to building reliable ETL pipelines, developing data‑centric applications, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our data models and architecture.

You will work closely with both technical and business teams to translate requirements into structured data workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data engineering, application development, and process documentation to help create a scalable and well-governed data ecosystem.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain ETL data pipelines using Python and PySpark within modern data platforms.
• Develop and maintain data applications and user interfaces using TypeScript.
• Contribute to the design and documentation of data workflows across ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers.
• Support the implementation of data governance practices, schema standards, and architecture documentation (data models, data lineage, workflow diagrams).
• Ensure consistency and quality of data models by following defined architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into structured data workflows and technical solutions.
• Promote documentation best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and governance processes.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Data profile with a maximum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years of experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir Foundry, or similar platforms.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Solid experience with MongoDB and Python-based database interactions.
• Good understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good level of English (spoken and written).
