Data Analyst / Data Scientist - PFA Internship

The intern will work closely with operational managers and engineering teams to understand reporting needs and help design and implement solutions using Excel (with VBA) or Power BI.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze current KPI reporting practices and identify areas of improvement.
• Design and develop automated dashboards and tools to track engineering performance (quality, delivery, cost, workload, etc.).
• Ensure usability, clarity, and maintainability of developed solutions.
• Document the structure and usage of the dashboards/tools for future users and maintainers.
• Provide support for deploying and training users on the developed tools.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of Excel and VBA. Power BI experience is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in performance management and data visualization.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
