Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (Spoke) with performance levels B1/B2 to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for evaluating business processes, deriving requirements, identifying improvement potentials, and supporting solution implementation from a business perspective.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate business processes and derive requirements, identifying improvement potentials.
• Support solution implementation from a business perspective.
• Translate user requirements and weak points in the business process into data & analytics use cases.
• Perform analyses as a "business analyst" with additional data analyst and data scientist roles if required.
• Communicate results and plan cross-functional team members and management through effective stakeholder management.
• Document requirements and results.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Analytical skills and expertise in various business processes.
• Practical experience in creating process documentation and reports.
• Strong communication skills (target group-oriented) with the ability to convert data & analytics results into actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of IT systems (cloud), data architecture, and data & analytics possibilities.
• Basic technical understanding.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in process analysis & at least 0.5 years of professional experience in project management.
