Electronics - Team leader Hardware Testing (m/f/d)

As team leader for Hardware testing you lead a test team disciplinary and technical whose task is to test innovative automotive electronics hardware solutions in the field of inverters, DCDC converters, On-Board chargers, battery management systems, Adas and controls. With your ideas you support the extension of the test strategies to ensure a targeted implementation.

  

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  •    You are working out manual and automated test concepts and define the test requirements based on requirements and schematic for PCB and unit test
  •    You support your team intensively with your know-how
  •    You are planning the resources and you are reviewing their test progress
  •    You define and perform detailed hardware verification tests down to pcb level
  •    You define the test processes and introduce them into the AVL process world
  •    You are working agile in an interdisciplinary and international project team
  •    Interaction and communication on technical topics with engineering teams of international customer base

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Bachelors, Masters with relevant work experience or PhD in Electronics, Mechatronics or Physics
  • Demonstrable experience in testing of electronics on PCB and control unit level preferable in automotive sector
  • The common automotive electrical low voltage and high voltage test requirements are well known to you
  • Know How in industrial and automotive testing stadards and well structured failure analysis
  • Good knowledge in electronic circuit for e.g. microcontroller, outputs switches and communication interfaces
  • Very good experience with testequipment like oszilloskop, function generator and power supplies
  • Experience with the design tool Altium Designer, Ltspice, Labview and NI test stand would be desirable
  • Leadership experience would be desirable
  • Teamplayer with a ability to get a long with a diverse set of team members
  • Personality is more than anything!
