PMT - System and Software Process Engineer (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creation, adaptation and maintenance of software development process definitions and content for the entire group of companies, with a focus on the engineering area
•  Analyzing and ensuring that state-of-the-art standards are systematically implemented
• Cooperation with responsible internal stakeholders to ensure the consistency and integrity of relevant processes
• Conducting regular internal training on the software development process and reviewing its application
• Introduce our leading processes to our customers through process presentations, gap analysis and training
• Support the systematic improvement of our processes with your ideas!

YOUR PROFILE:

• University degree in engineering, computer science, or similar degree programs with at least three years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of and experience with software or hardware development processes such as Waterfall, Agile, Lean, etc.
• Knowledge of leading automotive standards and processes (e.g. ASPICE, CMMI, ISO26262, etc.) is desirable
• Experience in embedded software development and knowledge of Matlab/Simulink is an advantage
• High analytical skills, as well as a structured way of working to carry out analyses and contribute innovative ideas
• High level of comprehension to understand the latest technologies and methods in the automotive industry
• Business fluent in German and English
