Electronics - Senior Projectlead for Control and Power Electronics (m/f/d)

As a project manager you will lead a project team in terms of organization and expertise.
The team develops innovative automotive electronics hardware solutions in the fields of inverters, DCDC converters, on-board chargers.
You also support with your ideas efficient project management. 
Access to demonstration vehicles and demo platforms enables fast testing of the concepts in real world conditions. 
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project planning and organization
• Innovative idea generator
• Leading prototype and series projects for automotive power electronics products HV inverter, DCDC converter and on-board charger
• Coordination of all activities of the project scope regarding subject requirements, electrical and mechanical design as well as manufacturing and logistics
• Regular coordination of the contents with the project team and the customer and coordination of the corresponding implementation over all sample phases up to the series application
• Joint responsibility for the development of prototypes and the development of new products ready for series production in compliance with automotive processes
• Agile working in an interdisciplinary and international project team
• Continuous coordination with international customers from the EU, Asia, America and the rest of the world 
• Internal coordination of project contents with the management and the executive board 

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelors, Masters with relevant work experience or PhD in Electronics, Mechatronics
• Demonstrable experience in the field of Power Electronics
• Team lead experience will be a plus
• Some years of work experience as project manager
• Experience with product lifecycle management tool PTC Integrity or Doors
• Persuasiveness and creativity
• Knowledge of Automotive domain viz. Design Standards, design processes 
• Very good English and German knowledge with strong analytical and and communication skills
• Teamplayer with ability to get along with a diverse set of team members
• Personality is more than anything!
