E-Drive - Senior On Board Charger Spezialistd (m/w/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fachliche Führung und technische Verantwortung für On Board Charging-Systeme in nationalen und internationalen Entwicklungsprojekten

• Definition von Systemanforderungen, Architekturen und technischen Konzepten für AC- und DC-Ladelösungen

• Steuerung und Koordination der Entwicklung entlang des gesamten V-Modells

• Analyse und Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen sowie Ableitung technischer Lösungen

• Verantwortung für die Integration, Validierung und Freigabe von OBC-Systemen

• Unterstützung bei Sicherheits- und Compliance-Themen (Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, EMC)

• Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams aus Hardware-, Software-, System- und Testentwicklung

• Technische Abstimmung mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Stakeholdern

• Identifikation technologischer Trends und Mitgestaltung zukünftiger Lade- und Energiearchitekturen

• Coaching und fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Projektmitgliedern
