Sales Account Manager Automotive (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical sales for AVL SFR products for existing customer base (OEMs and Tier1s)
- Collaboration with AVL Key Account Managers at other AVL locations
- Coordination of the AVL SFR sales strategy
- Acquisition of new projects and expansion of the customer base
- Coordination of customer requirements and development of implementation concepts with AVL engineering departments
- Organization and execution of the entire sales process from the professional preparation of offers to the closing of deals
- Preparation of development contracts
- Profit & Loss responsibility as well as resource, sales and budget planning for the responsible area
- Coordination with management, technology, product managers and business development
- Preparation of business plans as well as derivation of planning and forecasts
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree: TU/FH mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, industrial engineering or physics
- Technical knowledge and willingness to learn in the areas of automotive development, e.g. e-mobility, autonomous driving, software & function Development
- Basics in contract law
- Good knowledge of business administration
- Several years of sales and customer experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Practiced negotiation techniques
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Willingness to travel
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Personality is more than anything!
