We are looking for you:


Power HiL-/E-Motor Test Bench Technician (m/f/d)





  • Installation and removal of DUTs in the AVL inverter/e-motor test systems
  • Commissioning and operation of DUTs on the AVL inverter/e-motor test systems
  • Functional testing and signal verification of the measurement technology
  • Troubleshooting and support in the elimination of faults on DUTs and on the test bench peripherals
  • Maintenance/modification of measurement technology and test bench technology of the AVL inverter/e-motor test systems 
  • Analysis of test specifications for feasibility on the AVL inverter/e-motor test systems
  • Creation of automated test sequences 
  • Execution of manual and automated test runs
  • Technical support and maintenance of AVL inverter/e-motor test systems
  • Coordination and support of the test bench drivers




  • Completed apprenticeship as a certified technician, specialized in: automotive engineering and electromobility, electrical engineering, mechatronics, electronics or comparable qualification
  • (Basic) knowledge in programming advantageous
  • Experience with test bench automation systems advantageous 

  • Overview of how electric drives and power electronics work 

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts 

  • Ability to communicate and work in a team 

  • Good knowledge of English
