Elec - Junior / Expert Electronics Hardware Skills (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work within the Power Electronics & Controls Electronics development team located in Regensburg working closely with teams in Istanbul and Warsaw
• Development projects in the area of power electronics focusing on one of the following areas: DC-DC converter, onboard charging and power inverter for Industrial and Automotive applications
• Hands on experience in essential elements of a power electronic product such as circuit and schematic development, power and gate board layout , DC link design and thermal/mechanical aspects​
• Support test of electronic prototypes across various ongoing programs ​

YOUR PROFILE:

• PhD, Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or similar ​
• PLECS; LT Spice and Altium hands on experience​
• Knowledge of Grid tied power electronics for High Voltage and Medium Voltage Operation is a definite plus​
• Good understanding and experience with implementation of Silicon Carbide and IGBT technology for 1200V/2.3kV and 3.3kV and higher blocking voltages​
• Auxiliary Power supplies for Gate driver for Power electronics products ​
• Good understanding of power electronics and related components trends ​
• Analytical and conceptual capabilities ​
• Good English and German language skills​
