We are looking for you:

Internship in the field of Text Guided Image editing with diffusion models (m/f/d) 

In the area of autonomous driving, robust object detection is one of the primary and essential tasks. Currently, Networks trained on  good weather conditions have problem performing in adverse weather (rain/overcast). At AVL we are working to utilize the power of large language models and computer vision foundation models to generate bad weather image dataset.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Investigating text based image editing and diffusion model
• Data collection of paired images
• Setting up and fine tuning the diffusion model
• Quality check with CLIP embeddings
• Documentation of the applied concepts and results achieved

YOUR PROFILE:

• Studies in the field of Computer Science, Robotics, Information Technology or Automotive
• Basic knowledge in the field of 2D object detection and Image generators
• Good programming knowledge of Python with prior experience with libraries such as numpy, pandas, scipy and matplotlib
• First experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• First experience with Linux, version control system such as git
• Docker, Mlflow or Tensorboard
• Skills for documentation: Latex
• Personality is more than anything!
