IT - IT Systemadministrator (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You act as an interface to the central IT department, to external service providers and receive enquiries from our employees. 
• For the internal documentation of all enquiries, you will use a ticket system.
• You will provide our employees with support for all IT-related questions (1st-2st-level support).
• The installation, configuration and setup of hardware and software (Windows and/or Linux environment) is part of your responsibilities and you will provide new employees with user training as part of our onboarding process.
• In addition to user helpdesk support, you will also be responsible for device, account and licence management.
• The monitoring of all systems is also part of your area of responsibility.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration.
• You have good, practical knowledge of MS Windows (Client & MS Office) and basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, network and software distribution and ITIL.
• Analytical and conceptual skills are among your strengths.
• You enjoy supporting colleagues from different departments and like to take on a variety of tasks in a small team.
• Good knowledge of German and English is a must.
• A driving licence is required.
• Personality is more than anything!
