IT - IT Helpdesk Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interface to the central IT department and external service providers
• Acceptance of customer enquiries with internal documentation in the ticket system
• Supporting users in all IT-related issues (1st-2st-level support)
• Installation, configuration and of hardware and software (Windows environment), user training and documentation
• User helpdesk support
• Device, account and licence management
• Monitoring of all systems

YOUR PROFILE:

• Training as IT systems electronics technician, IT specialist / system integration 
• Good, practical knowledge of MS Windows (Client & MS Office),
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, network and software distribution 
• Basic knowledge of ITIL
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
• Good knowledge of German and English
