IT - IT Systemadministrator (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interface to the central IT department and external service providers,
• Receiving customer enquiries with internal documentation in the ticket system,
• Supporting users in all IT-related questions (1st-2st-level support),
• Installation, configuration and set-up of hardware and software (Windows and/or Linux environment), user training and documentation,
• user helpdesk support,
• device, account and licence management,
• monitoring of all systems.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration
• Good, practical knowledge of MS Windows (Client & MS Office),
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, network and software distribution,
• Basic knowledge of ITIL,
• Analytical and conceptual skills,
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team,
• Good knowledge of German and English,
• Driving licence is required
• Personality is more than anything!
