Hybrid - Function developer pre-series and series development of vehicle dynamics functions (m/f/d)

Electrification, hybrid, BEV, PHEV, electric vehicle, SW development, powertrain, drive control, function development, vehicle dynamics

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysis, definition and development of future ECU functions with a focus on vehicle dynamics control.
• Possible focus areas of their work would be:
  • Torque demand/distribution in high-performance e-vehicles to improve efficiency or enhance driving performance
  • Predictive damper control
  • SW development in the area of Torque Vectoring and Steer by Wire
  • SW development in the area of energy management or thermal management
  • Vehicle application in the various functional areas
• Independent coordination of requirements and solutions internally and with the customer

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in electronics, mechatronics, computer science, physics or a comparable field of study
• Knowledge of the physics of vehicle dynamics
• Experience in the development of vehicle dynamics control functions
• Experience in handling test vehicles
• Strong knowledge of powertrain architecture, sensor technology, actuator technology and the communication of control units
• Confident handling of MATLAB/Simulink
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Clear and open communication
• German driver's license
• Personality is more than anything!
