Development Engineer Electric/Electronic (E/E) (m/f/d)

Our battery team takes a holistic approach to developing the traction battery as a key component of every modern drivetrain, from concept development to the release recommendation for production. If you would like to develop your skills in an interdisciplinary, dynamic and complex environment with innovative projects, then become part of our development team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop electrical/electronic systems and components for automotive applications
• Define system architecture and ensure compliance with E/E standards and safety requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, testing) to integrate E/E systems into vehicle platforms
• Support validation and testing activities, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Prepare technical documentation  

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
• Knowledge of E/E architecture, wiring harness, and ECU integration
• Experience in automotive E/E development (hardware and/or software) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team-oriented mindset
• Good command of English and Czech (spoken and written), German is a plus
