AVL Czech Republic is an affiliate of AVL Schrick GmbH. AVL Schrick GmbH, founded in 2002 by the AVL Group, installs and optimizes drives and high-performance systems such as batteries, fuel cells, combined heat and power plants, heat pumps, etc. with its 250 employees on behalf of globally renowned OEMs from the automotive and energy sectors. The main goal of our project is to implement environmentally friendly technical solutions, sustainably reduce CO2 emissions and reduce dependence on fossil fuels.

 

 

 

 

  

 

We would like to hear from you in case you:

 

  • Develop and calibrate internal combustion engines to meet performance, efficiency, emissions, and durability targets.
  • Conduct tests and analyses to optimize engine control and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies and improvements.
  • Create technical reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in internal combustion engine calibration
  • Knowledge in the application of calibration and diagnostic tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Czech and English/German
