Chief Engineer Racing ICE (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall technical responsibility for a motorsport engine development project
• Technical leadership and coordination of the Design, Application and Assembly teams
• Definition of technical requirements, development targets and validation activities
• Coordination of technical decisions, design reviews and problem-solving activities
• Management of technical risks, changes and interfaces
• Technical communication with the customer, suppliers and international development partners
• Ensuring performance, reliability, quality and timely technical delivery

YOUR PROFILE:

• University degree in Combustion Engines, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a comparable field
• At least 10 years of experience in automotive engine or powertrain development
• Strong knowledge of internal combustion engines and engine development processes
• Experience in technical leadership and interdisciplinary team coordination
• Motorsport or high-performance engine experience is a strong advantage
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
• Good communication and decision-making skills
• Very good Czech, English and German language skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
