YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
• Post job openings on various platforms.
• Screen and review resumes.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Participate in initial interviews and conduct preliminary assessments.
• Maintain the candidate database up to date.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various administrative tasks.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Currently pursuing studies in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a changing environment.
• Basic knowledge of computer tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
