Razvojno podporni inženir (m/ž) - Simulation engineer software services
Iščemo sposobne in ambiciozne kandidate s predznanjem fizike, kemije, strojništva ali mehatronike, za izvajanje nalog s področja razvoja numeričnih orodij in metod na področju baterij, baterijskih sklopov in krmilnih sistemov hibridnih in električnih vozil in sicer v simulacijskem orodjih, ki jih razvijamo v AVLu. Poudarek bo na razvoju 1D (CruiseM) modelov baterij, baterijskih, krmilnih ter sistemov termalnega managementa, njihova integracija ter analiza delovanja celotnega modela sistema oz. vozila.
We are seeking for talented coworkers/candidates with a solid background in physics, electromagnetics, chemistry, mechanical engineering or mechatronics to develop simulation models of battery, battery systems as well as the control systems of hybrid/electric vehicles by using simulation tools developed by the AVL. Main focus will be on the development of 1D (CruiseM) battery models, thermal management (1D/3D) models, control system models, their integration and plausibility analysis of the entire system model operation.
VSEBINA DELA - YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Načrtovanje in razvoj metod, orodij in procesov v smislu analize, načrtovanja ter optimiranje mehanskih, termičnih in degradacijskih lastnosti baterij
- Izvedba kompletnega spektra inženirske analize baterijskih sistemov (1D/3D)
- Verifikacija pravilnosti delovanja simulacijskega SW (CM) in pripadajočih orodij
- Pisanje tehničnih vsebin v angleškem jeziku, podpora in šolanje strank
- Projekti za stranke ter interni R&D projekti
- Stalno spremljanje trenutnih ter napoved bodočih razvojnih/prodajnih/proizvodnih trendov na področju baterij
- Development of methods, tools and processes to support modelling activities for predicting mechanical, thermal and degradation behaviour of batteries
- Covering the complete spectrum from analytical engineering models to complex multiphysical models (1D/3D)
- Verification and plausibility check of developed models and related simulation tools (CM)
- Writing technical documentation in English, customer support and trainings
- Performing customer and internal R&D projects
- Staying up-to-date on current and future battery research and development trends
POGOJI ZA ZASEDBO DELOVNEGA MESTA - YOUR PROFILE:
- Zaključen študij oz. absolventski staž strojništva, mehatronike, fizike, elektrotehnike ali podobno
- Dobro splošno razumevanje fizike in aplikacije numeričnih metod
- Zaželeno poznavanje električnih in hibridnih vozil in pogonskih sklopov ter s področja krmiljenja mehatronskih sistemov
- Izkusnje z uporabo 1D (in/ali 3D) simulacijskih orodij (zaželjena AVL CruiseM ali FIREM), poznavanje osnov MATLAB/Simulinka, C++, Python je plus
- Sposobnost samostojnega, sistematičnega, timskega dela
- Proaktivnost komunikacijske, organizacijske sposobnosti
- Znanje angleščine in pripravljenost za priučitev novih tehnologij ter delovanje v mednarodnem teamu
- BSc, MSc, or PhD or equivalent degree in an Engineering Discipline, Math, Physics, Chemistry or similar
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of fundamental physics and numerical methods
- Basic knowledge of BEV vehicles and powertrains, electrical engineering and controls of mechatronic systems
- Expirience with 1D (and/or 3D) simulation software (preferably AVL CruiseM or FIREM), basic knowledge of MATLAB / Simulink, C ++, Python is a plus
- The ability to work independently, systematically, in a team
- Fluent English and willingness for an international cooperation
- Willingness to learn about new technologies
- Good communication skills and precise, reliable, pro-active personality
