Process Development Engineer Assembly & Integration (f/m/d)
- Shaping precision assembly, alignment, integration, and quality-assured metrology processes for semiconductor manufacturing systems
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing and integration processes using statistical methods, data analytics, and machine learning approaches
- Develop robust and efficient processes, improve process capability through data-driven methods, and ensure sustainable transfer to operations
- Develop optimized manufacturing equipment and efficient process flows with interdisciplinary expert teams
- Transfer robust, high-performing processes to the shop floor and ensure lifecycle stability
- Define and align technical requirements and drive development, implementation, and release of assembly and integration solutions with stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners
