Project Assistant 

YOUR PROFILE:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience
• Good command of English in both speaking and writing
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Willingness and motivation to use different software tools such as SAP, Sharepoint

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports the Project Manager in organizational tasks during the whole project
         - Sets-up project handbook
         - Sets-up project environment at project start
         - Reviews project plan (start / close date, invoice plan, …)
         - Processes chargeable expenses
• Ensures database quality in terms of invoices, cost monitoring
• Supports the Project Manager in monitoring & tracking project data/budget/quality
• Organizes & coordinates travel, takes care of cost reimbursement
• Handles intercompany purchase orders
