Electronic Hardware Safety Engineer
YOUR PROFILE:
•Minimum 2 years of experience in related area.
•Strong understanding of hardware development.
•Strong knowledge and practical experience with ISO 26262 Functional Safety Standard.
•Proven experience performing FTA, FMEDA and DFA.
•Experience in automotive hardware development for safety-critical systems.
•Understanding of safety architectures, diagnostic concepts, and safety mechanisms.
•Experience with semiconductor components, power electronics, microcontrollers, and hardware safety analysis.
•Familiarity with requirements management and safety tools (e.g. Ansys Medini Analyze, APIS IQ-FMEA).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES;
•Perform safety analysis for next generation automotive ECUs (electronic control unit), Inverters and BMS.
•Drive hardware safety metrics analysis (SPFM, LFM, PMHF).
•Evaluate hardware architectures against safety goals and ASIL requirements.
•Interface with customers, suppliers, and external assessors on safety-related topics.
•Contribute to process improvements and the organization's functional safety culture.
•Support project and quality management activities.
