IT Intern (Technical Support)

AVL South America is the world's largest independent company for the development, simulation, and testing of propulsion systems (hybrids, combustion engines, transmission, electric drive, batteries, fuel cells, and control technology) for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, construction, large engines, and their integration into the vehicle.

We are looking for an IT Intern (Technical Support) to join our team at our Guarulhos-SP unit.

• Support AVL SA's IT activities;
• Support users both in-person and remotely;
• Support IT asset management;
• Support administrative activities related to IT (purchases, invoice issuance, filing, documentation);
• Formatting and configuring computers;
• Formatting and configuring cell phones;
• Installing software, systems, and computers on-site;
• Work model: in-person 4 times a week, 1 time in home office, eventually may be changed to hybrid (3 times in-person / 2 times home office);
• Internship hours: 08:00 to 15:00

• Studying: Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Technologist in Computer Networks, Computer Science.
• Intermediate/advanced English.
• Good interpersonal skills, proactivity, organization, responsibility.
• Knowledge of Office suite.
• Differential: knowledge in VMware and infrastructure.
