Trainee Finance / Controlling f/m/d

Working for a greener, safer, better world of mobility - our Finance & Controlling department is looking for ambitious and determined graduates who are planning to start their career in a global, future-oriented, dynamic and highly innovative company. Once you have successfully completed the trainee program, you will have the option to expand your area of responsibility and switch to a regular position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completion of the trainee program (full-time employment) for a total duration of 24 months in the Finance & Controlling department at headquarters
• Intensive insights into the specific/cross-divisional processes of Controlling, Treasury, Tax and Accounting
• In addition to solid technical training, participation in finance, digitization and special projects

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed studies (university, university of applied sciences) in the field of business administration / accounting / banking / controlling / financial mathematics
• Strong interest in financial topics and understanding of economic interrelationships 
• Analytical, solution- and result-oriented, structured and independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team and innovative spirit
• Good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €44,940.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
