Master Thesis
HV systems of battery electric or fuel cell electric vehicles combine components with comparable properties or functions e.g., HV battery, inverter, motor, onboard charger, charge port, DC/DC converter, water/air heaters, AC compressors. Their arrangement in the vehicle and their package locations vary significantly between available products on the market.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
Analyze the geometrical integration of HV systems in existing vehicles. Outline common aspects and significant dependencies.
Aspects and dependencies include
- General vehicle architecture and the component package
- HV system/electric powertrain modularity and flexibility
- Crash safety and HV safety
- Manufacturability and serviceability
- Cost and weight
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- Enthusiasm for cars
- Cross-disciplinary/complete vehicle thinking
- Communication skills in German and English
- Enjoy working in an international team
- Familiar with CATIA V5 beneficial

The successful completion of the thesis is remunerated with a one-time fee of EUR €3,300.00 before tax.
