System Designer Electrics with focus on converter systems f/m/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Electrotechnical design of converter systems and DC voltage sources/sinks for test bench systems
• Concept and design of control cabinets for electric drives, focus on active front end, converter and e-motor 
• Hardware engineering: calculation, design and selection of components
• Design and evaluation of safety-relevant control systems (functional safety) 
• Preparation of project-specific overview and circuit diagrams as well as the corresponding parts and spare parts lists
• Interfaces to the test bench system, system integration 
• Interface to internal departments and customers
• Coordination with production and support of suppliers
• Execution of pre-acceptance processes and final acceptances at customer sites 
   

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed higher technical education (Secondary Technical college/FH/TU) in the field of electrical engineering or automation technology.
• Qualification in these fields
• Sound knowledge of CAE tools (e.g. EPLAN P8, COMOS, WSCAD, ELCAD) 
• Professional experience in electrical design/electrical planning
• Practical experience in managing international projects (applies to senior position only) 
• Team spirit, diplomatic skills and self-confidence 
• Good command of English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €52.000,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
