System Administrator in the area of Facility Management f/m/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• First-level support and operational maintenance for GPAC (Global Physical Access System), connected applications, as well as reception and gatekeeper systems
• Analysis, handling, and follow-up of incidents, errors, requests, and tickets related to GPAC and its associated systems
• Administration and continuous development of NEXIS 4, AEOS, AEmon, as well as role-, user-, and authorization structures
• Support of access control and visitor management processes, including visitor tools, badge and card printing, form printing, and access-related support
• Support for events through access regulations, technical implementation, and reporting
• Interface and vendor management for error analyses, releases, enhancements, and system integrations
• Documentation, monitoring, and automation of GPAC architectures, dashboards, processes, and optimization potentials

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University or University of Applied Sciences, University of Technology, or comparables) with a focus on information technology or a related field, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT support or application operations, ideally in a security-critical environment
• Knowledge of access control systems, IAM, or visitor management, preferably with GPAC, NEXIS 4, AEOS, or AEmon
• Strong technical understanding of application landscapes, interfaces, and role and authorization concepts
• Basic knowledge of network technology, IT security, and IT service management, including ticketing systems
• Very good knowledge of German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €50,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
