Order Management Software Specialist f/m/d (parental leave replacement)

As a new member of the "Product Management Test Automation Products" department, you will take on important tasks in software maintenance contract management and further support our global stakeholders by preparing regular reports. You will also leverage your knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office to create sales analyses and perform data management tasks.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Software Maintenance Contract Management
• Preparation of regular reporting meetings to global stakeholders
• Creation of sales analysis in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerBI 
• Support in Salesforce (SFDC) in the area of data management and reporting 
• Support in the organization and execution of sales tools trainings within the business unit ITS

YOUR PROFILE:

• Business education (Secondary Technical College, Commercial Academy, University of Applied Sciences) with focus on business administration, sales management or marketing
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of software 
• Strong understanding of numbers
• SAP and Salesforce knowledge 
• Good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Structured, analytical and careful work 
• Confident appearance, strong communication skills and good manners
• Team player with interest in professional development
• Business fluent in English, very good knowledge of German an advantage

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €51,500.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
